Our Facility

Located centrally in the United States and ideally positioned for our nationwide and international sales base, American Pipe Bending’s facility is an impressive 100,000 square feet under roof and overhead crane site situated on over 11 acres. 

 

American Pipe Bending utilizes state of the art bending machines, including an equipment upgrade in 1994, commissioned by Nobel Prize winner, F.W. Deklerk, which was brought over from South Africa.  The facility is designed specifically to bend and coil through cold and hot electric heat induction, tube and pipe extrusions and shapes.  The operation incorporates the efficiency of in-plant stress relieve equipment, cranes with up to a 20 foot under hook clearance and saws up to 24” I.P.S.   American Pipe Bending is equipped with Electric Heat Induction equipment allowing bending of up to 42” O.D. with a wall thickness up to 4”. 

 

Located in north Tulsa, Oklahoma, American Pipe Bending’s facility is less than 15 miles from the Tulsa Port of Catoosa, the furthest inland International port in the United States.  This enables efficient shipping of products to all 7 continents in the world, via highway or barge. Only 5 miles from the Tulsa International Airport and close to several major highways and interstates, our facility is strategically located for efficient national and international shipping and business opportunities.
